This is the crew badge which is acquired by the ones taking responsibility in the community and providing content and services to the patrons and the rest of the community.To become a crew member the following requirements have to be met:
- Membership more than 49 days
- At least 33 points (Phi)
- Interview(s) has to be taken
The following generic scheme would apply to crew members:
- Crew members have free access to special events
- Accomplishing each responsibility will result in earning points (phi) AND/OR Money
- Crew members get the chance to contribute their ideas to the formation of the community
